Attendance is by request. The organizers review requests with the aim of balancing sectors and roles across the discussions. The organizers will confirm by email once requests are reviewed. Requests close on 15 March 2027 or when capacity is reached, whichever comes first.

The workshop is open and internationally attended. No visitor paperwork is required for the Caltech campus venue. Lunch and refreshments are provided; travel and lodging are the attendee's responsibility.
