Propose a concept

An acceptance decision to debate, a question for the program, or a talk you would give

Use this form to propose a topic for debate, to offer a talk or case study, or to submit a question for the closing panel. The form follows the five-part structure described in the call for contributions. You do not need to intend to present; proposals from people who only want to see a question argued are useful to the program.

Not every field needs a complete answer. If you do not know what evidence exists, say so; an honest statement of a gap is itself a contribution. Proposals received by 15 January 2027 are considered for the program. Publicly releasable content only.

The concept

State it as a question where possible.

The acceptance decision

What is done today, as specifically as you can state it.

The relaxed, replaced, or restructured requirement. If your position is that the conventional requirement should stand, say so and state why.

Test data, flight data, analysis, or published work. Cite where you can. "None that I know of" is an acceptable answer.

Environments, technologies, applications, or data gaps that would make the alternative the wrong call.

What would have to exist for a project to adopt the alternative at the confidence it would require. This is the knowledge gap.
